Our Story

Fandangos was created with the aim of delivering high-quality marquee hire and event services across the South West, supporting everything from weddings and private celebrations to larger public events.

 

The name itself comes from the Spanish word fandango, meaning a lively celebration or elaborate occasion — a fitting description for the events we help bring to life.

 

Founded by Tom, whose background in performance and live events sparked a passion for creating memorable experiences, Fandangos has grown from a small operation into a trusted regional event services company. Over the years, our offering has expanded to include marquees, event production, bars, catering partnerships and entertainment services, allowing us to provide flexible, end-to-end solutions for a wide range of events.

 

Today, we continue to focus on quality, reliability and a hands-on approach that ensures every event runs smoothly.

Tom

Founder & Director

Tom founded Fandangos following a lifelong involvement in live events and performance, with a background rooted in circus and entertainment. This passion for events has shaped the diverse range of services offered today, all focused on creating well-run, memorable occasions.

As director, Tom oversees the overall vision of the company, ensuring every event meets the high standards the Fandangos team is known for.

Springers

Operations Manager

Springers joined Fandangos in 2021 and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, particularly overseeing operations for Swindon Marquees.

From managing installations to preparing client proposals, Springers helps ensure each project runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

A Wider Team of Specialists

While Fandangos has a small core management team, each event is supported by a wider network of experienced professionals — including marquee builders, event managers, bar staff, performers, venue stylists, and technical crew.

 

Together, this extended team brings years of combined experience to every event, allowing us to scale our services to suit each project while maintaining consistent quality and reliability.
